Cannot set user name/password when installing on VM Virtual

Cannot set user name/password when installing on VM Virtual

I've trying to install using VM Virtual Box. I cannot type in name or password when it comes to setting up account. Any suggestions?

what are you running virtual box on, ie whats the host OS

are you using a specific country code keyboard.
