keyrings and evolution doesnt remember passwords

hi, i don't know if this is a mageia problem or what

but why sometimes when i open evolution does it ask for my password for the mageia user account. It says that the key-ring didn't get unlocked when I logged in. And why does it not ask for it sometimes.......


Also Evolution I have remember password ticked (for my actual email account) and it never remembers my password I have to type it in every-time I click send/recieve.


Is evolution the best client to use or is something better available...

There is no "best" client available. But instead you can use what works best for you. You may want to try Thunderbird.
