Need lsb >= 3.0

Hello. I'm trying to download Hamachi for mageia2. I installed the rpm for it and when i start it up it says it fails when trying to start up via system ctl. I looked on the website and it says you need to make sure you have lsb 3.0 or greater. i dont think i have it at >= 3.0 and have no idea how to get it. i think i have 2.0 but cant figure out how to upgrade it. Can anyone suggest a way of getting it? Thanks!

Can you please post the error when it fails to start?
