[SOLVED]Change KDE4 Clock display from 12-hr -> 24-hr format

Mageia 2 - KDE4

I've looked around in the KDE4 time display settings
and I can't find specifically where you can change
the time display ( righthand bottom corner of the
the desktop ) from 12-hour format ( 08:15PM ) to
24-hour ( 20:15 ) format. Can someone steer me
to the right control window.

Thanks

Go to System Settings -> Locale -> Date & Time Tab. Then change time format to HH:MM:SS

Edit: also you may have to log off and log back in again to see the change.
