[SOLVED] password popup

Hello,
I just did a reinstall of mageia
and now when I go to a site
that requires a password, I get this
annoying pop up password window
that wants to know if I want to
remember my password.
How do I disable this???
I did not have it on my original install.

is it your browser asking for password or is it [ kde ] wallet?

If browser, [ in my case FF ] edit [ top left ],=> preferences, =>security, uncheck "remember passwords¨, close window

if [kde] kwallet, as i currently do not use, i cannot answer.

Hi,
it's not the gnome keyring password thingy?
if it is then just put in the login password. It will not ask you again until you logout.

You should at least provide enough information to allow us to properly help you.
So what browser are you using? And could you please give more information about that popup
window, maybe a screenshot or so?

It was the remember password box
in firefox.
I unchecked it and that solved my problem.
