Finnish lang packages

I installed Mageia from live-cd what doesnt include finnish. What packages includes translations for kde, drakconf etc?

that should be the package kde-l10n-fi for kde and locals-fi for all others
for windows problems reboot; for linux problems be root

Those dont translate Mageia control center. It is translated, i have Mageia also in other laptop, its installed from dvd.

Did You choose the localisation in MCC; maybe You have to reboot, to take effect.
for windows problems reboot; for linux problems be root

You need to either run localedrake as root (or from MCC, and choose finnish) or install at least locales-fi.
If it still doesn't work, please show the output of
