I Have ASUS N73S. Should i install 32 or 64 bit system? Pros/cons?

Depends on your cpu, not on mainbaord. Most processors manufactured in the last 3 years, except maybe some older Atoms,
are capable of 64bit. Depending on how much RAM you've got, i'd use 64bit, except when you have below 4GB RAM.
Cauldron is not for the faint of heart!
Caution: Hot, bubbling magic inside. May explode or cook your kittens!
