If Civilization don't see any DLC then check game cache in Steam. After checking must start DLC's missing files downloading. When download will complete - run game, all DLC will work.

Good news indeed, Chris Roberts(Wing commander/freelancer guy) also confirmed Star Citizen for Linux too, Seems to be a good few on the way now. The rehash of the Metro series is also out for *nix .

ps. Steam for linux has not done my wallet any good ;)
