At the brink of a new year, just some words of gratitude and prospect from your moderator.

Now Mageia has grown up towards maturity, we know this distro is not an ephemera.
Actually, we can expect a whopping dual release in the year ahead.
February 2014 will bring our next release, which is the start for a next cycle, that in turn will result into Mageia 5.
This, of course, thanks to the many many volunteers, that put even more hours into our community-product!
Mageia would never be, where it is now, without all the energy put in by all those enthusiasts.
To strengthen our future, we must be aware of this gold-in-hands, and give them all support where possible.
And even better, get involved volunteering yourself, to be part of the making of your favourite Linux-flavor.

I wish you and your relatives happy days, and a prosperous and healthy 2014!!!

I echo that both with Mageia 4 and 5 but more importantly I wish all of you the best in your personal lives in the new year.

In 2014 I plan to put a little more effort into recruiting friends, I mean, showing them Linux, Mageia 4 in particular.
