pclinuxos has mylivecd. single command no options makes a iso. easy
i have installed draklive
it supposedly needs a single configuration file to make my own live spin, anybody got a sample for me

No, it's not that easy, and it's also not really meant for endusers, at least not the same way that mylivecd provides a simple way to create your own remastered image.
