The latest achievement within the Wayland camp is wlterm, a native terminal emulator.

So they got already the better half of a complete desktop environment, now only a port of a file manager is missing :)

clutter based file manager may be works fine with wayland.

Clutter support is complete.
EFL support is complete except for selection.
Qt5 support is complete except for client side decorations (CSD).
GTK+ 3.4.1 support is complete except for CSD, selections, dnd and popup placement.
