If you think that this would help Ken in any way then you haven't seen the movie you are talking about. But your advice is not realistic anyway.

And the USA is not the only "civilised" country with such an in-human system. In Germany we pretend to have one of the best health care systems, nevertheless during my experiences with cancer I can say that it is almost as money-dependent as in USA - although over here nobody (insurance or not) can be sent away if his life is in danger. But I do not get all the post-surgery treatments the doctors advised because I can't afford them, although everybody knows that they are needed.

I would give some donations, but since I don't get salary and our firm is one big debt, I can't.
Mother had cancer about 5 years ago, it's fine now. Father was just today confirmed to have it too. They just returned from vacation. Fuck this shit. I hope the surgery will be paid from insurance, as it used to be before. If it will not...I will have to ask for donations as well. Hopefully, it will not be the case. To my knowledge, cancer related surgery is always paid from insurance here. And it better be, because otherwise shit will happen around me soon..

That's easy, up front all industrialized countries have a better health care system than USA ("Live the American Dream and f*** you if you can't afford it!"). Everybody knows that. But what I despise is the hypocrasy of the so-called "social countries", telling everybody about their super caring system. When you look closely you will see the differences - even in Germany we have the differences in medical care, caused by individual financial situation. My doctor told me straight away that I could have recovered to almost 100% power if I could afford the necessary treatment. By paying as much as I can I have to reduce almost all private activities and still can't get what I need.

This is what annoys me.
