It's time again...

At August 25th and 26th, the FrOSCon will take place again at the University of Applied Sciences Bonn-Rhein-Sieg
As last year, Mageia will have a booth there together with the German MandrivaUser.de community.

See you there!

Oliver, I just thought that in such announcements we should always mention the beer drenched social event taking place on the premises at Saturday night! :)

For those interested:

We will do a session about rpm packaging together with Fedora and hopefully openSUSE.
We are planning for three to four talks (depending on wether openSUSE finds someone to do it or not),
  • the first one about rpm packaging for beginners
  • two (or three) about advanced packaging for the two (or three) distros

Question: as the poster is in English, will you do these talks in English? I would think that at a German event at least the poster should be in German (or in 2 languages). I'm not a nationalist, I'd rather think that people interested in this entry level will be mostly German visitors and members of the German community. As you are known to be a German it would sound a bit funny, doing a talk in English in front of 20 Germans.

Well, I told the Fedora guys, I will talk in German but could talk in English if needed.
The poster was done by Sirko from Fedora, I just took it as it is.

Let's see...
About filming, I'm not sure, I don't have a camera, so I have to see, if someone else has one.
