Too many flaws recently on both Intel and AMD. One would think this is not coincidence. It is hard to believe that these massive flaws have been overlooked by both manifacturers. These flaws are intentional :)

From what I've read there are several things wrong with the report: MASTERKEY not being a significant exploit, the research company having been founded just last year, AMD having been notified only 1 day in advance. I'd say to wait until more reputable researchers confirm/deny

An interesting blog post from AMD giving a detailed report of the analyzed vulnerabilities, which appear to have been confirmed

https://community.amd.com/community/amd-corporate/blog/2018/03/21/initial-amd-technical-assessment-of-cts-labs-research

The issues aren't actually on the CPU, like Meltdown and Spectre, but rather on the AMD PSP firmware and some third-party motherboard chipsets
