Condolences on Paris attacks

Here wizards, magicians, sorcerers and everybody can rest a bit and talk about anything they like.

Just remember to respect the rules.

Condolences on Paris attacks

Postby jimg » Nov 16th, '15, 00:03

As Mageia has its historical roots in Paris, and no doubt there are many Mageia users who are French or residing in France, I find that even as I use my laptop I am thinking of my fellow Mageia users who may have had a personal connection to the recent attacks in Paris. Words on the internet are cheap and easy, but please do know that people around the world are thinking of you.

(If any others would like to add to this thread, please keep in mind that a long list of personal messages might, cumulatively, appear trite and lightly offered to someone who is personally touched by events. In this light, I'd like to set the social norm, if I can, that simply adding your name and location is a sufficient response, though if you feel moved to add more then by all means do so.)
