Zorin OS very fast live DVD

Postby spennipc » Aug 16th, '12, 23:04

Hi everybody,
I am using mageia since ver 1 and before mandriva since 7.2, but today I got blown off my seat when I tried ZorinOS 6.0 live DVD.
Well, It is amazing, everything what I touched works from the live DVD, even the cube without installing any drivers, and it is fast.
How can they make a Live DVD which is even faster than windows 7? I am now freeing some space to install it on the HDD and than I will see if it is what I am looking for. I like Mageia, but had quite an issue until everything was working and still I think it is somewhat slow, my right mouse sub menu in Chromium comes up or not.
Magaia you did a very good job.
Well I do not want to rant, but just have a look and tell me what you think and maybe something can be imported from them.
Thanks

Zorin is one of my favorite distributions. I'm looking forward to it creeping up the list on Distrowatch.
