Mageia forum

I cannot find it listed in the mirror lists, nor can I find Wordpress. I have used both of these applications from the inception of Mageia. Are they no longer supported please?

For Opera (64 bit only) there is an installation script for Mageia available at:

I used that script successfully in mga4. I haven't tried it yet in mga5

IIRC wordpress was dropped because there were problems building the package for mga5. I've forgotten the details.

Thank you for the replies. I can stop looking now. I have installed both apps from their respective installers and they are working fine. Wordpress is easy to install and not really worth anyone spending a lot of time on it. It is just easier installing it when installing other packages as is Opera. Thanks again.

Just installed Mageia 5 and could not find Opera in the MCC; is no longer offered?
