Is already available in the blogdrake repository (BDK) HandBrake 0.9.8 video converters, one of the friendliest we have for Linux. As we still have a few options of this kind in Mageia 2 will add ease for those who want to convert videos.

Add the blogdrake repository:

 # urpmi.addmedia --distrib --wget http://ftp.blogdrake.net/mageia/mageia2/i586

 # urpmi.addmedia --distrib --wget http://ftp.blogdrake.net/mageia/mageia2/x86_64

Now just install the packages:
