kdebase4-workspace-4.6.5-0.4.mga1.x86_64.rpm and many other KDE 4.6.5 packages are available in core/updates_testing repository since July 9th.
When will KDE 4.6.5 end up in the core/updates repository?

When it's seen enough testing and all reported bugs are fixed by this update candidate.

If you help testing then it's gonna be in updates earlier.

Just wanted to drop a note that KDE 4.6.5 was pushed to updates today and should hit the mirrors soon.
