I've just bought hardware which requires a driver that was added in 2.6.39 . Is anyone packaging 2.6.39 with the mageia patches and config?

I'm currently using Mandriva but since TMB switched to working solely on Mageia I don't expect to see a packaged 2.6.39 kernel for Mandriva any time soon. I'm thinking of defecting if it means I don't have to wait weeks or months for a 2.6.39 package. I really don't want to go back to patching, building and maintaining a custom kernel again.

To my acknowledgement kernel 2.6.38.8 just touched the build-system.
Which means it can be available for Cauldron within near future.
But i can't give you an indication for 2.6.39 at this moment.
