Hi,
I am thinking of running Mageia 3 on my Asus Aspire One D270-1395 netbook. I have upgraded the RAM to 2GB.
Does anyone have any experience using Mageia 3 on a system with less resources? Any words of wisdom or caution?
Thanks in advance.

Hello and welcome to Mageia
My wife has M3 KDE on an older [ WinVista vintage ] Compaq with 1G ram and while not as snappy as M1 it still leaves WinVista for dead
WOW: As always back up important data first, before making any changes to your system.
Try a Live cd or dvd first if you like, as it wont make changes to your system and it will run quite happily on 2G ram

Thanks!
I am running it now and I must say, there is quite a learning curve coming from Ubuntu and Peppermint.
