VPN working in Windows, but unable to get working in Linux.

I have have had a vpn service in the past I setup through a java applet in the past. However, I have purchased a vpn monthly service out
of London, and can't seem to get it operating in Linux. What is funny is it works perfectly in Windows, and has worked in Android, but
erratically. Nevertheless, I can't get it working with either Mageia 2 or my other operating system Linux Mint. I thought KVpnc would work best,
but for some reason in won't connect.

I have tried to get assistance from the blokes at viewtvabroad.com, but they can't seem to help. They have a Ubuntu server, but can't seem to
assist me with anything with Linux.

Here is the error message I'm receiving.

I have altered settings trying to make it work, and have tried to emulate the settings from the Android or Windows programs, but it doesn't seem

you should give us some more details, like
which kind of vpn you need to setup (openvpn?pptp?other?)
and which software you want to use on your linux (kvpnc?).

I have recently setted up a vpn using networkmanager,
it was not easy but now it works fine

here you can try to pass only uk2.viewtvabroad.info as parameter

I have been using kvpnc. It at first seemed to get anywhere. Then it at least tried to connect. However, it just
loops and loops and never stays connected with viewtvabroad.com's service. I attempted to again try to emulate
what is working from the network program in Linux Mint, but still no luck.

ok, you should show us the logs of the connection temptative,
otherwise we can't understand nothing.

At a guess, you are perhaps trying to connect to a PPTP vpn service.
