Mouse pointers themes changed place

For those that they dont have seen yet, the mouse pointer theme settings it is not anymore with the mouse settings but with the workspace appear module (with splash screen and plasma theme)

Seems like the KDE folks just change things because they can. There's no good reason for moving the cursor themes.

I think that it is in it good place. Cursors are personnalisation, mouse configuration is hardware
But I think that applications settings and desktop settings (both personnalisation) should be merged.

It's to keep you on your toes.

Alternatively, it's for the average user who can't really tell the difference between subtle version releases, and now has a specific thing to point at and say "See! this is what they did in the new version!"
