Hello,
We have not a new update to Firefox for a while. The newer versions seems to be jumping quite a lot. It was ok when it was 3.6. It is now up to version 11.0 and we are still using 9.01

Yes, we have, but it's still undergoing validation, and due to the problem that quite some programs depend on Firefox and the underlying libraries,
this may take some time. See https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4405 for the current progress. If you want it already, you can install it from core_updates_testing.

Also please have a look at https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Mageia_2_Rel ... il_clients (does also apply to Mageia 1).
Some time ago, it was decided to follow Mozilla ESR releases (Extended Support Releases) so there will be no Firefox 11.0.
BTW: Thunderbird 10.0.3ESR was already validated.
