Well, I do not see any download link, and any sources.
It is normal because Lightworks is being opensourced, and it is clearly not available yet.
If you want to know when it will available, please ask them.
Some time in the middle of 2011, we hope to reach our next milestone -- releasing the source code to any developer who wants to build upon what we started. We wish we were ready to do that now. However, before we can release any source, we have several hundred thousand lines of code to review to make sure it's all cleared for opening up. We are making progress but we are not there yet.
It may land in repositories but not now, since Lightworks is not ready to fully open source it's software.

What I ALWAYS do in these sorts of cases is 1) download the closest package available in terms of compatibiity. Usually these days that means "fedora", latest version. 2) Attempt install and not any dependency issues. 3) In the case of dependency issues, re-attempt install anyway with --nodeps flag. Usually dependency issues are not really dependency issues at all, but rather packaging issues. And usually, in spite of the dependency complaints, the app will just work without complaint, since it finds the library it wants OK anyway. So just in case you haven't tried that, you might give it a try.

I downloaded the new Lightworks 11.5 today available here:
http://www.lwks.com/index.php?option=com_lwks&view=download&Itemid=206When you install it gives an error of:
- Code: Select all
A requested package cannot be installed: lightworks-11.5-1.x86_64 (due to unsatisfied libportaudiocpp.so.0()(64bit))
I downloaded portaudio-19-9.fc12.x86_64.rpm from here:
http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3/stat/4/idpl/19044845/dir/fedora_14/com/portaudio-19-9.fc12.x86_64.rpm.htmlExtract the file libportaudiocpp.so.0 and put it in /usr/lib64 as it wouldn't just install.
After you have done this install Lightworks. However, when you register on their forum to download it says to use this username and password to activate it. When I enter it Lightworks says there are no more free keys available. I've posted this in their forum and am waiting one a response.
Also their servers were down longer than expected for the download so they may be having an activation server issue. You can still use it but the only export option is Youtube, so you're limited. I recommend watching the tutorial videos as they suggest because it is very different than anything I have ever seen, but very nice. They recommend an i7 and I have a i5-3570k at 4.3 GHz with 16GB 1866 RAM and it seems to run good.
Good Luck!
