MATÉ?

I have been a GNOME user for a long, long time. I've played around with GNOME 3 in both Fedora and Opensuse and discovered that I hate it. In fact, I find it to be completely unusable. A bit ironic since I made the move to Mageia largely because of Mandriva's new focus on KDE. I had resolved myself to using the not so pretty LXDE in the future and sold myself on the idea by thinking of the low overhead.

I've been doing a bit of browsing this afternoon and came across MATÉ, which is apparently a fork from GNOME 2.x. Does Mageia have any plans to add this desktop?

Thank you,

Was already discussed in some other threads:

viewtopic.php?f=29&t=1683
and maybe viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1388

BTW, it's called Mate.
