Nice to see you back up and on the road to recovery.
Just grabbed Mageia10 for a look.

Usually a list of mirrors come up for install...
I tried putting mirrorservice.org settings in - not working.
I guess there is still some repairs to do, i will wait.

to try Mga10/cauldron, check which mirrors support cauldron => https://mirrors.mageia.org/status

download a Mga9 net install and burn to bootable media or start a Virtual Box instance, and then start the installation..
when asked for a mirror, select one that also supports cauldron, and then edit the URL by changing the "9" to "cauldron".

the install should complete normally
