Hi,
I would like to install Seam UI similar to HoloIso or Noboras SteamDesk Edition on Mageia.

Does Mageia provides something similar to Nobora's controller-config and provides Xone package?

Well those are pretty different methods of installation. HoloISO is it's own operating system which you would install instead of Mageia.
If you want Nobara Steamdesk edition, you'd have to install Nobara Linux instead.
