I would like to copy a mp3 music-sleep cd that I bought but when I use k3b/brasero the both complain that they are not allowed/error out.

This is not a propriety music cd it's some thing I bought from a guy selling it to help people sleep, I use it to help me sleep and hide the noise from the road next to my apartment.

It's called "sleep-eeesay", think I spelled it right. ;>}

Hi,
Are you sure your CD is finalized (closed) correctly?

They complain to copy the original CD on the HD or on another CD? You could try to make a copy CD -> HD and then burn from HD -> CD.

And there is no error message at all for both k3b and brasero? What if you run then from a terminal?

What about other rippers like audex or similar ?
