Common practice is to do this:
username AT server DOT domain.

When an actual bot comes up it won't really matter as they will translate that too, as it has become much too common to be of any use ;)

offtop: Yea, some great lakes (for example - lake Onega) located near to Vologda City. It's very good place for fighing.
