Mageia 10 beta1 ISOs released

Hello,

As validated by Council, Mageia 10 beta1 ISOs have been released:
~26GB of isos have landed in iso/10 tree.

The plan is still to have Mageia 10 official ready for April 2026 timeframe.
Next steps include:
- Publish a beta 2 containing artwork and doc updated for mga10
- Increase tests, especially for upgrade from mga9
- Concentrate on fixing release blocker bugs
