USB in MCC - Software - Media Manager

Most of the time now I use USB sticks to install Mageia i.s.o. DVD.
The installation procedure surely knows where to read during installation, so I would like that it leaves the USB stick as medium in MCC . Now it keeps refering to CDROM, but that is useless.
Most of the time, I change the media to the repositories, but on odd occasions (WiFi not working e.g.) I like to add some more packages before I tackle other things.

Is this a question on how to use the USB stick as a media, or a suggestion that this should be possible?
For the latter, yes I second that. Just recently hit this issue when bootstrapping newly installed machine, which does not have wired access, and was installed via usb falsh drive.

How to do it manually, I guess by mounting the USB and make the CDROM entry refer to /run/media/...... that's how I will try next time. This could be explained somewehere in a Wiki?
But my question/suggestion is that the installer should make that entry, because it knows that it reads from that device.
