Sería interesante que la próxima versión incluya por defecto instalado el programa cafeine, para evitar la suspensión de la pantalla al ver videos, tanto en el sistema, como por internet. Es una odisea configurar este programa, sencillamente no funciona correctamente, una vez instalada la distribución.

Es una de las características que mas se hechan en falta en las distribuciones Linux, y sería muy novedoso que Mageia lo incluyera por defecto.

Sigue siendo necesaria la instalación del paquete "cafeine", para que la pantalla no se apague mientras estamos viendo videos, bien sea mediante el reproductor o mediante el navegador web.

Sería muy recomendable que incluyan este paquete en los repositorios, y si fuera posible, que venga instalado ya en la distribución. Los usuarios de la misma, sobre todo los que emigren de Windows a Linux, encontrarán una solución que no se da en ninguna distro Linux.

About your question, Mageia 3 will probably not contain caffeine, as it was not requested yet.

For Mageia 3 it's quite late, as we're already in version and feature freeze. New packages can still be introduced, but it's quite unlikely.
