False things about triaging bugs

- I need to be a guru: not at all, people will help you to start with and work is large enough to find something that will fit you
- Triaging is boring: not at all again . Triaging can put you in contact with all the people making Mageia, packagers team but also doc team, designers... It's a very good way to learn how Mageia is made and maybe become QA testers, packagers...
- Triaging is not that important: wrong! Triaging is essential so that bug reports can be properly handled. The quality of Mageia is linked to this.

Bugzilla is in the packages, so I suppose that misled Voodoo. That is for running your own bugzilla, Voodoo.

So i guess that its just bug reporting in general, that I can do.
I can even install Mageia 5 beta 1 in virtualbox or something and run some heavy tests (I donmt want the beta on my main machine as I dont want it to interfere with my enjoyment of Mageia 4)

Edit: okay how about I install beta 1 on the side of Mageia 4 and use like linux mint as a fallback

several QA testers use Virtual machines to test, so that option is certainly open to you.

Others use multi-partition setups with multi-boot [ 5 bootable systems for me- M4 32+64, M5 32+64, and M4 again as my everyday system ]. this method requires care when reinstalling systems, to make sure the boot-loader gets set up correctly.
If you are comfortable with this method, you can certainly use this one.
different setups result in different test outcomes.
