Mageia forum

First i wont to say hello to everyone on this forum,and that Mageia is really a cool distro(it installed my ati card just so )
After the install everthing went well i added the printer and my graphic card.But the sound just wont work.I tried everything and I looked on this forum but I couldnt find a solution.Did anybody else had this problem?
PS:I dont have sound in firefox(youtube).I apologize for my bad english.

Issues concerning sound can arrive from different directions.

You could run alsamixer from the command line and check the mixer levels.
