Actually pulseaudio-module-equalizer itself is primarily a module for pulseaudio, not a graphic equalizer.
Although it contains an equalizer, but you need to load the pulseaudio modules for that before you can run it.
contents of the package:
- Code: Select all
[doktor5000@Mageia3 ~]$ urpmq -l pulseaudio-module-equalizer
/usr/bin/qpaeq
/usr/lib64/pulse-3.0/modules/module-equalizer-sink.so
when trying to run the equalizer GUI without loading the modules
- Code: Select all
[doktor5000@Mageia3 ~]$ /usr/bin/qpaeq
