How to save alsamixer settings

Hello to all.
I started discussion of my topic in MAQeia board in the theme about Skype.
Here's my problem. I cannot control volume of my speakers and microphone by Pavucontrol.
Every time I turn on computer I need enter to alsamixer to my soundcard (not Pulseaudio) through console and set levels of volume to the 100% (there always 0% right after the boot). Only after that I can control volume of speakers by Pavucontrol and hotkeys but it's not working for mic.
In addition to that when I start Skype levels of mic mat again.

On 20th May 2013 Fresh installation of Mageia 3 done. There was sound problem in Kde, Gnome and other desktop. In Kde through Mageia Control centre, a package name as ¨Qas Config¨ in Sound Section installed and removed Kmix. Now I can/mute unmute increase/decrease sound etc. as per my wish, Hope, this will solve your problem too. Further this package is also available for Mageia 2 also.
