You could ask upstream to release Flatpak - I found some work have been made: https://github.com/AlbrechtL/welle.io/s ... ype=issues

There are also traces they support Appimage.

Also see https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Ways_to_install_programs

EDIT
The script at https://github.com/AlbrechtL/welle.io/b ... travis.yml seem to create both Flatpak and Appimage... dont they use it?

I cloned from GIT. CMake 3.19.2 displays a compilation error:
Code: Select all
Build type not specified: defaulting to release.
CMake Error at /usr/lib64/cmake/Qt5/Qt5Config.cmake:28 (find_package):
Could not find a package configuration file provided by "Qt5Widgets" with
  any of the following names:

    Qt5WidgetsConfig.cmake
    qt5widgets-config.cmake

Add the installation prefix of "Qt5Widgets" to CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH or set
"Qt5Widgets_DIR" to a directory containing one of the above files.  If
"Qt5Widgets" provides a separate development package or SDK, be sure it has
  been installed.
Call Stack (most recent call first):
  CMakeLists.txt:55 (find_package)
Configuring incomplete, errors occurred!

You can check with urpmf on those filenames which package with development headers you're missing.

I have completed the missing packages. I faced another problem. Compilation stopped by newer fftw3f , version 3.3.9. What's next?

Why do you think that's a problem ? Apart from that faad devel headers were not found, I don't see an issue and the configure step completed.

Checking for module 'fftw3f >= 3.0'
Found fftw3f , version 3.3.9
Found FFTW3f: /usr/local/include, /lib64/libfftw3f.so

Or did you manually compile a new version of fftw3f ? Because /usr/local/include is not the default distro prefix, /usr/local is the default for self-built stuff.

welle-io installed and running. Does not detect .
Code: Select all
Bus 001 Device 003: ID 15f4:0131 HanfTek Astrometa DVB-T/T2/C FM & DAB receiver [RTL2832P]

Code: Select all

Using device 0: Astrometa DVB-T/DVB-T2
Detached kernel driver
Found Rafael Micro R828D tuner
[R82XX] PLL not locked!
Tuned to 100000000 Hz.
listening...
Use the device argument 'rtl_tcp=127.0.0.1:1234' in OsmoSDR (gr-osmosdr) source
to receive samples in GRC and control rtl_tcp parameters (frequency, gain, ...).

Velle-cliio listing.
Code: Select all
welle-cli v2.4-4-g5481d57e
InputFactory:Input device:auto
Error: No valid device found use Null device instead.
OFDM-processor:restart
Wait for sync

With RTL2832U the same doesn't work either.
Gqrx, Kaffeine are working fine. What to do next.
