[SOLVED] Sound parasite

Hello

I'm having some issues with my sound.
It's a laptop with an external sound speaker connected.

2 issues :
- When the power cable is connected, there is always a background sound brrrrrrrrrrr very anoying.
- When I move the mouse, the sound become stronger the duration of the movement only when the power cable is connected.

When the power cable is disconnected, no issues.

Do you have an idea of the problem ?
Could it be something related with my electrical instalation without earth connection ?

ok, I found a way to resolv it...

It was my samsung monitor that was responsible of that... I connected my speakers directly and it's resolved...
