No FF/Rewind for MP3s

Hello,

I recently switched over to Mageia from Mandriva 2010.2. I had written a music player in pyqt4 using phonon. I was able to fast forward and rewind mp3s in Mandriva, but with Mageia I have yet to figure out which packages I need in order to do this. I cannot fast forward or rewind In Amaraok, also. I have the "good, bad, and the ugly" gstreamer packages installed. (Searching the Internet for this problem usually points to having these packages installed.) I also have the gstreamer-python and -python-devel. Would any happen to know which packages I need?
