GNOME3 volume control adjusts wrong device

Postby aiiaiiio » Aug 11th, '16, 18:47

Hello dear Community,

I have Mageia6 sta1 installed and I love it so far (the new GNOME especially).
I have sound, everything works splendid, but the volume controls adjusts the wrong device when I start the system.
I have two audio output devices:
1) HDMI
2) jack

I would like to use the HDMI output. There is sound, but the speaker slider adjusts the jack output. If I go to the sound section in settings and I select the HDMI output, then everything is fine again, until the next session.

Could someone please help me where to start investigating?

Best regard,
