In simple terms, as I am non-technical, how do I access my new NAS. I have set up all the Windows users on our network which was straighforward. All I want to do is back up (and download them if necessary) my files to the NAS but I haven't a clue. Any help would be appreciated.

What Mageia version and what desktop environment do you use?

Mageia 4 & KDE

Don't ask me how I did it but it is all working now. I think setting up WebDAV services did the trick but don't quote me on that.
