[SOLVED] No ethernet connection after install

I installed 3.8.13-1 on my AMD machine, which had Mandriva 2011 on it also. Several problems came up, so I did a fresh install of Mageia. It all went well until the install tried to look for updates, and the box displaying "Bringing up network" came up for only a moment before it wanted to reboot. After reboot, there was no network connection, so I tried to right click the Network Icon and connect it, and when it didnt connect, I went to "Set up a new network" to try and bring it up. I've tried using the "Auto IP (bootp/dhcp)" as well as manually putting in the addresses from my router, but nothing works. When I open the "Monitor" window, it always shows no address assigned. I have the check boxes for all 4 options, including "Allow interface by Network Manager" checked, but nothing is working. Any Ideas as to how I can fix this?

From the command line, enter the command "/sbin/ifconfig" (without quotes) and post the results here.

Then enter the command "/sbin/route" (no quotes) and post the results here.

As requested, here are the outputs of the commands. Sorry for the photos, but I have no way to copy and save without a network connection.

SOLVED:

Tried installing again, and then tried Ubuntu, but no network. Tried one last thing, which is to unplug the power supply, and BINGO. All is working fine. I never FULLY powered down between installs.
