I have tried the suggestions, instructions presented here, and still no wireless access. I'm using Netgears, WNA3100, USB adapter. According to the compatibility site, this one works with the broadcom driver. Here is my output from lsusb

Machine is home built. MSI 760GM P23 mobo, AMD FX 8120, 8 core processor, 8GIG DDR3, SAMSUNG 128 gig SSD, Seagate 500 gig HD, Nvidia 210, 1 gig video card. Wireless should NOT be this difficult. I'm running Mageia2, 64 bit, Mint 12, 64 bit, Peppermint 2, 64 bit, and none of them can access my wireless router.
