Failed to connect to wpa_supplicant - wpa_ctrl_open

I'm using Mageia 2 RC. My WiFi card worked correctly until I tried to use WPA2 EAP Enterprise protected network.
When I'm trying to connect to the Eduroam network, I get this message in the console:
What's wrong with it?
Moreover - I need to specify file with a certifficate. There's an input in the Draknetwork, so I need to put there a path to this file?
