Lately, I'm having a problem with Tartube 2.5.0-1.mga9. I also have yt-dlp 2024.08.06-1.mga9 installed.

This combination used to work flawlessly. Now, however, I can't download anything at all. The files get to the pre-processing stage and then Tartube just comes up with an error. This happens every time. Maybe it's Google and not Tartube.

On the Errors/Warning tab, it says I have to log in to Google to prove I'm not a bot. I was already logged into Google, so that made no difference.

Is there any way around this problem?

I have also tried the Flatpak version of ytDownloader, which does work, but it's not as convenient to use. I'd prefer to continue using Tartube if possible.
