OpenVPN autostart massacre

I failed to set up an OpenVPN server based on the original Mageia packages. I used the openvpn sources, compiled, configured, ran and I thought that was most of the work. Unfortunately, I failed to set up the openvpn.service service, after starting the service ended with an error. I wrote a simple script "/etc/openvpn/openvpn.sh" where there is one entry "openvpn server.conf&". In previous systems, you simply placed a link to this script and everything worked. Currently, I have no idea how to make the openvpn server start on startup. The command sudo /etc/openvpn/openvpn.sh starts, but the server does not work. Does anyone have any ideas? Why do you need to compile it?

What is the actual output from openvpn? Or do you expect us to guess remotely why it's not working without any further details ?
