[Solved]PC can not be found through LAN.

When I want to share files through local area network, my PC can find them, but other devices can not find my PC.

When my phone visit 192.168.0.5:50500, it does not work.
When my PC visit 192.168.0.5:50500, it can download files from itself.
When my PC visit 192.168.0.#:50500, it can download files from other devices.

My phone scanned other devices in LAN, can not find 192.168.0.5.

Command “lsof -i:50500” gets output:
