I cannot get the DNS settings right
Quote:
Automatic IP
IP adress:

Netmask 255.255.255.0

I Get this

It's your DNS server. Change it to another one. See google "dns 1.1.1.1 slow"

This is still doing it.
If I turn off the modem/router it is ok for a while, then it slows down again.

Why do you still use that DNS server when it's slow to respond sometimes ?
Try the google DNS servers or quad 9 as mentioned above. Cloudflare has some network threat protection which might slow down some queries.

Because that is how it should be. Question is what do you actually put in there?
I'd recommend 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for the 2 google DNS servers
