[SOLVED] Cannot connect to Wifi on Intel AX200

Hello,
after last system update, cannot conect to any of wifi AP with my Intel AX200.
RF interface is generally available (checked with iwconfig) and doesn't block (checked with rfkill), and the list of SSIDs can be scanned successfully, however each try of connection fails.
Please advice how to check the connection log, and what's must be checked as a typical problem?

I also checked with an external USB wifi adaptor, and the situation is the same . Wired connnection works fine.

however, I didn't try to connect to this SSID until Nov 11, but connection problem initially appeared only at Nov 19.
I cleared wpa_supplicant.conf , and problem is probably solved. thank you for the tip!
